The foundation of this company was shaped long before the first product was ever built. Founder JD Grommesh grew up in Wichita, Kansas, where engineering was part of everyday life. With a father working in design engineering for Learjet, precision and problem-solving were constant influences. That early exposure helped form a mindset rooted in structure, quality and responsibility.

Starting From the Ground Up

The move to Dallas came with very little money, two young sons and a lot of determination. What followed was a mix of opportunity, long nights and relentless effort. The business began in a one-car garage with three employees working late hours to earn a place in the foundation repair industry. Those early days created a deep respect for hard work and the value of building things the right way.

Manufacturing and fabrication have always been at the core of what we do. Building foundation repair products takes more than steel and concrete. It requires engineering knowledge, structural planning and a clear understanding of how products perform in the field.
