JD Grommesh

Founder

JD Grommesh is the founder of 2000 Foundation Products and leads strategic business development from the Carrollton location. He launched the company in a one-car garage on Royal Lane, later expanding operations by adding a machine shop and building the foundation for what the company is today. With a background in railroad parts sales, JD combined industry knowledge and hands-on innovation, playing a key role in developing many of the steel products the company offers. He was also instrumental in advancing the company’s helical pier program, helping establish it as a trusted solution within the product line offered by 2000 Foundation Products by securing and maintaining ICC certification for the product. In his free time, JD enjoys fishing and spending time at his lake house.

Trish Robertson

CEO

As President and CEO of 2000 Foundation Products, Trish brings extensive financial and executive leadership experience to the company. A licensed CPA, she previously served as CFO for both public and private companies and plays a key role in guiding the company’s growth and long-term strategy. Trish is focused on strengthening operations, supporting customers and continuing the company’s tradition of delivering dependable foundation repair solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, cycling, wine tasting and spending time with her dog.

Leslie Cantu

Regional Manager - North Texas

Leslie is the regional manager at 2000 Foundation Products’ Carrollton location and has been part of the team for 10 years. With previous experience as an office administrator in the property management industry, Leslie brings strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach to supporting contractors and partners. She is dedicated to ensuring operations run smoothly while helping clients find the reliable foundation solutions they need. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys walking local trails, watching her son play soccer and spending time with family cooking out.

Saul Cervantes

Regional Manager - South Texas (SW Houston Store Manager)

Saul serves as regional manager for South Texas at the SW Houston location, bringing 14 years of experience with 2000 Foundation Products. With a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Auditing, Saul has also completed advanced training in inventory management, production processes and ISO 9001 total quality control. His experience helps ensure efficient operations and reliable customer support across the region. Outside of work, Saul enjoys exercising and spending time with his family.

Adam Willey

Regional Manager - Midwest

Adam serves as regional manager for the Midwest at 2000 Foundation Products’ Kansas City location. With 15 years of experience as a Regional Director in the stone slab and tile industry, Adam brings strong leadership and industry knowledge to support contractors and partners across the region. He is focused on building relationships and delivering dependable solutions that help customers succeed. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs.

Dion Fletcher

Helical Sales Manager

As the Helical Sales Manager at our Dallas location, Dion works with contractors to provide reliable helical pier solutions and support successful foundation repair projects. He values the strong team culture at 2000 Foundation Products and enjoys building relationships with customers across the industry. Outside of work, Dion enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, movies, football and snowboarding.

Gabriel Lazalde

Sales Manager

Growing up in Idaho, Gabriel spent summers on construction sites alongside his father, a mason, which gave him an early appreciation for craftsmanship and the trades. As a Sales Manager at our Dallas location, he focuses on building strong relationships through responsiveness, clear communication and solutions that make customers’ jobs easier. In his free time, Gabriel enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time outdoors.

Regina Lopez

Store Manager - Pasadena

As the Store Manager and Regional Manager Assistant at the Pasadena location, Regina has been part of the 2000 Foundation Products team for eight years. During her time with the company, she has grown professionally alongside the expansion of the Houston-area stores, advancing from sales representative to store manager. Regina values building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with sales teams across locations to help ensure dependable service and support. In her free time, she enjoys reading, knitting, crocheting and sewing crafts.

April Faz

Store Manager - Carrollton

April joined the 2000 Foundation Products’ team in 2021. As a Store Manager at our Carrollton, she oversees daily operations and works closely with contractors to ensure they receive the reliable products and support they need for their projects. Her commitment to customer service and team collaboration helps maintain the dependable experience customers expect from 2000 Foundation Products.

Saul E. Cervantes "JR"

Store Manager - San Antonio

Equipped with technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, Saul supports contractors and ensures efficient store operations. He joined our team in 2021 and serves as the store manager at our San Antonio branch. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas and previously worked on design projects for PPC Performance Pulsation Control, contributing to sensor development for oil dampening systems. In his free time, he enjoys reading a wide range of topics, writing and going on walks.

Melanie Lemus

Store Manager - Haltom City

Melanie is the store manager at 2000 Foundation Products’ Haltom City location, where she has been part of the team for two years. Before joining the company, Melanie worked as an early childhood education teacher’s aide for an infant and toddler classroom, an experience that helped shape her patient, people-focused approach to customer service and team leadership. In her free time, Melanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants and attending local music shows around the DFW area.

Yaritza Bravo

Store Manager - Garland

Yaritza brings several years of retail leadership experience to 2000 Foundation Products. Prior to joining the company, she held management roles with Lowe’s and Home Depot, progressing from customer service positions to department leadership and assistant store management. Serving as the Store Manager at the Garland location, her experience helps ensure strong operations and dependable service for contractors and customers. In her free time, Yaritza enjoys spending time with her family.
